Our Homestay has become a Wedding House!!

Congratulations, Steven & Yvonne!

It's the Chinese Wedding Culture to have the Groom

to go through trials and tests given by the Bridemaids

so that the Groom would 'fight' for the Bride's hand in marriage.

 It is also to show how willingly is the Groom to marry his Bride.

your wedding morning ceremony location.

加雅街市集Sunday Market @ Gaya Street, Kota Kinabalu

加雅街亚庇市中心其中一条街道，

每到星期天就变成了一个市集，

早上五时一直到中午一点才结束。

这个市集并不能代表本地的传统市集，
不太具有本土特色，虽然如此，有时间可以逛逛。

售卖的东西有盆栽，糕点食物，蔬菜水果，
生活用品，手工艺品，甚至小狗小猫都有，
若是想看时下流行的衣物用品，可就会大失所望了。

Gaya Street is one of the many streets in K.K. City Centre,
it transforms into a crowded yet magical Sunday Market.

It starts from 5 in the morning and ends at noon.

Even though the goods sold here cannot 100% represent the locals,

it is still a worthy visit as you may somehow find surprises there.

There are variety of goods sold along this street, ie plants, foods,

fruits and vegetables, households, souvenirs of teeshirts and keychains,
art crafts, and even little animals ranging from puppies to fishes.

However, don't expect to find latest fashion here.

我们的民宿距离回教堂其实不远，朋友们若想去看看，

可以和我们商量安排，只算回petrol fees就好了 ^_^

一路上，还可以顺便看看敦马士达化大厦(Yayasan Sabah Foundation),

The Floating Mosque is located nearby the Guesthouse.

If guests are interested to visit the Mosque, do let us know,

we will arrange transportation with just a minimal of petrol fee.

Guests will also be able to view the

Yayasan Sabah Foundation tower along the way.

可到达亚航机场的公车 Bus to Reach Airasia Terminal2

认清牌子是写上“Terminal 2”, Tanjung Aru Beach. 

它是由亚庇市区，公车总站一路上，

会经过Tanjung Aru Beach(亚庇的海滩公园)

which could directly reach the Airport.

Please make sure that the bus is indicated

with "Terminal 2", Tanjung Aru Beach.

This bus travels from the Main Bus Station in KK City Centre

towards Tanjung Aru Beach.

Jesselton Point -Boat fees (return) 船费来回 RM24.20


卖船票的人会误导游客，船费只须 RM17，其实还要附加 Terminal fees,买票前先询问多几个柜台。
The ticket seller will normally mislead tourists. The boat fee is only RM17 but there are other additional terminal fees so it is better to survey a couple of counters before deciding on which counter to buy it from.,


注意，有些柜台卖了票还要等很久才有船。
Note that some counters will get you to wait a long time before boarding the right boat.


建议问清楚价钱，船只公司电话联络号码方便随时提早或延迟接送问题。
It is better to understand the breakdown of the fees and especially get the contact number of the company just in case there are any problem with early or late pickup.
