House Rules

因为是家庭式的住宿，所以有些事情需要麻烦客人注意下： 
** 为了維護住宿品質，通常民宿的幾人房就是住多少人，若不得已需多住幾人，必須先告知， 
通常多一人需另加費用，再者因為非預計的加人，不一定會另外提供寢具，這個也是要注意的。 
** 晚間12點過後大門及大廳將管制熄燈，若有可能較晚回民宿，可提前告知民宿主人， 
互留手機號碼，方便開門服務。 

1) 旅客外出時,請將房間電燈空調關掉。 
2) 謝絕房客朋友來訪。 
3) 禁止房間內或庭院陽台等地方烹煮任何食物。 
4) 為維護住宿環境，室內請勿吸煙，不便處請見諒。

Dear beloved guests, this is a family-run guesthouse, we love for your attention with some house rules:- 
**To ensure the quality of your stay, please stick to the number of registered guests to the room. Any additional guest to the same room, please let us know as there are additional charges and/or restrictions in room comfort. 
**The gates and doors will be locked after 12midnight (00:00hr) and lightings will be off. Let us know in advance if you wish to mesmerize the mystical nights of KK till late.

1. Help us preserve the earth by switching off the lights and aircondition when you leave the room. 
2. For everyone's quality comfort staying with us as a family, we have to decline non-guests to the rooms. 
3. To help us maintain a natural and odour free atmosphere, we cannot allow cooking in the room or around the garden. 
4. We love our clean fresh air, and we think that is the purpose that you are here too. Help us by not smoking in the homestay.

We appreciate your support, so we can live to our best quality.

訂房資訊

1. 打電話訂房，並告知所要訂房的日期， 房間型態、姓名 ,人數/性別j及聯絡電話，我們會盡快回覆您是否有房間。 Please call/email/fb message us for booking and state the date, number of days, type of rooms, number of pax, contact person, contact details like phone or email. We will revert to you regarding the availability of the room on the requested dates. 
                
2. 經訂房確認 OK 後，請於 1~3 日內匯訂金 ( 一晚房價) 轉帳匯入指定帳號。Please bank in 1 night room deposit into the given bank account as booking fee once room is confirmed.
   
3. 匯款完成後，請來電或E-mail告知，謝謝 ^^。 Please inform us after you have banking in via phone or email. Thank you.

鬍鬚佬的Tom Yam也是不錯吃。懶惰拆蝦殼的朋友，可以選擇魚片，魚滑，等等！

所有食物在鬍鬚佬的kopi tiam都非常好吃！炸魚肉也是好好吃哦 ^^

AhPek Janggut's Tom Yam is recommendable. For those who are lazy to peel shells, you can opt to order other form of fishes like fish fillet, fried fish fillet, etc. Overall, all of the foods in this Kopitiam are pretty good!

最近miss掉了幾個email,真的感到非常抱歉。

民宿座落在華小正對面。
從Jalan Tuaran直路上，一路上會經過天橋，天橋下是另外一間學校，再直行駛，
注意右邊有一家油站Petronas,左邊見到Bus Stop以及交通燈，前方就要左轉。

We are located right opposite a Chinese primary school.
One of the route from town to guesthouse is as follow:
Direction from town towards Tuaran, along Jalan Tuaran, you will see a pedestrian bridge. There is a high school on your left at the bridge. Go straight. You will pass by a bus stop and then there is a Petronas petrol station on your right. There is a junction to your left, turn left and go straight. You will then see a small roundabout. Go straight again for a little more. Guesthouse is on your right after a small junction.
